The hilltop vineyard Château de Bellet is glad to share with you an overview of the 2020 harvest. After 3 intense weeks in the vineyards, the vinification is already well underway.

The year 2020 was a good year for the wines of Bellet both qualitatively and quantitatively.

All AOP winegrowers were unanimous in saying that an adaptation to climate change is necessary. Some observations have been noted this year including heterogeneous maturities, early picking for certain grape varieties as well as an early termination of the harvest compared to the previous years.
